{"id":7485,"date":"2025-07-28T10:18:31","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T10:18:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/startersites.io\/blocksy\/web-studio\/?post_type=project&#038;p=765"},"modified":"2026-06-02T15:44:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T15:44:02","slug":"photo-rx","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/agorreta.eu\/es\/project\/photo-rx\/","title":{"rendered":"Photo-RX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Photo-RX<\/strong> was a 2&nbsp;kW, high-throughput, current-controlled POWER-LED system developed in 2020&ndash;2021 at ICIQ, within Dr. Julio Lloret-Fillol&#8217;s innovation group and tied to the start-up Treellum Technologies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My role<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I designed the digitally-controlled constant-current power electronics for the LEDs and the main motherboard engine, including the architecture and IC interfacing (SPI, I2C) for DACs, ADCs and PMICs. I also designed the low-voltage power supplies and the IoT\/UX layer, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi running on ESP32 and STM32F1\/F4 microcontrollers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outcome<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a formative start-up experience that fuelled my passion for entrepreneurship.
